The Bible is a compilation if sixty-six books written by many different authors in different languages over a period of at least fifteen hundred years from the time of Moses in Egypt, to the time of the Apostles in the first century since Christ. Christians believe these books are inspired by the Spirit of God and have been prepared to live their lives according to these books and die for the truth revealed in these books if necessary. Who were the authors? Who decided what books were inspired and which were not? How do we know which translations and presentations are faithful and valid? These and many other questions are addressed in this series of programs.
