Our Statement of Faith
Here is the bottom line: PRAYER IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF WME’S MINISTRY.
We live in a world of great need and suffering. But God is faithful to hear the prayers of His people. He hears our cries, and He is mighty to save.
At World Missionary Evangelism, we daily intercede in prayer before God and take hold of the authority given to us by Jesus Christ to do spiritual battle. We lift our voices in prayer for our faithful partners and supporters, world events, native missionaries and leaders, pastors and children in countries around the world. We pray for lost and suffering people all around us. We pray for the mercy and love of God to be known throughout the world. We pray for God to establish His kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven. And we pray to be good stewards over what God has given us and that God will bless the work of our hands for His glory.
WME depends on your prayers as our representatives battle to breakdown strongholds and push back spiritual darkness in places where we work. WME depends on your prayers so precious souls may find the one true Light and be set free.
Ephesians 6:12 explains the battle going on all around and faced by our native missionaries on the ground: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” But one thing we surely know is the effectual, fervent prayers of the righteous avail much.
Prayer changes things. And when WME sponsors and partners hold this ministry up in prayer before God, it makes a real difference.
